Location: Gurgaon · Work from office
Schedule: Full-time · Six days a week
Experience: 3+ years in recruiting and people operations at consumer app or technology companies.
Compensation: ₹7–10 LPA (based on expertise)

We're a team of IIT Delhi alumni building Dalvoy AI, the only platform an aspirant needs to crack any government exam in India.

Within just a few months of launch, 1 in every 5 UPSC aspirants is already using Dalvoy for their preparation. We've raised our seed round from leading venture capital firms in India and are now building the team for our next stage of growth.

We're looking for exceptional people to join us early, take real ownership and help build India's best test-prep platform.

The opportunity

Help build Dalvoy's next team and the people systems that support it. Own experienced hiring, employee experience and dependable day-to-day HR operations as the company grows.

What you'll own

Own talent acquisition from role definition and candidate sourcing through screening, interviews, offer management and joining.

Build candidate pipelines through direct outreach and referrals. Assess relevant experience and keep candidates informed throughout the process.

Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) or hiring tracker. Monitor time-to-fill, offer acceptance and joining rates, and resolve delays.

Own onboarding, offboarding, employee records, attendance, leave and payroll coordination.

Handle employee relations, welfare and policy communication. Support performance management and employee development.

Manage day-to-day office administration and employee support. Automate routine hiring and people processes while maintaining confidentiality.

What you bring

A track record of recruiting experienced technical and business hires, alongside hands-on HR operations.

Strong communication and people skills, including empathy, active listening and sound judgment in sensitive employee matters.

Ability to organize people processes, maintain accurate records and respond promptly to employee needs.

AI fluency

Hands-on experience with Claude, Codex or comparable tools to automate workflows, check outputs and improve efficiency is required.
