  • Device Information: We collect data about the device you use to access the App, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers (such as Android ID or IDFA), and mobile network information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our App.
  • Process your AI queries.
  • Personalization: To tailor the AI's responses to your learning history.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. You may request the deletion of your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be anonymized or purged within 60 days, excluding transaction logs and UPI mandate records which must be retained to comply with financial, tax, and fraud-prevention regulations in India.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it. Users under 18 must have parental consent to use the App.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
