1. No Refund Policy
Dalvoy offers instantly accessible digital educational services. All sales are final except for the specific technical issues listed below. Subscription details, including cancellation and auto-renewal terms, are available on the pricing page of our app.
Except where required by applicable law, we do not grant refunds for dissatisfaction with AI output, device incompatibility, or failure to cancel an AutoPay mandate before the renewal date.
2. Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted strictly for:
- Technical Failure: The App is completely inaccessible for 72+ hours due to a failure on our end.
- Duplicate Charges: You were charged twice for the exact same billing period due to a system or payment gateway error.
- Activation Error: A purchased subscription was never activated on your account due to a technical bug, despite a successful debit.
3. Fraudulent Chargebacks & Disputes
Dalvoy strictly tracks UPI mandate authorizations and 24-hour pre-debit notifications. If a user initiates a fraudulent dispute or chargeback with their bank claiming an "unauthorized transaction" for a valid subscription renewal they simply failed to cancel manually, Dalvoy reserves the right to permanently terminate the user's account, delete progress data, and block future access to the platform.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a valid refund under the criteria listed in Section 2, you must email our support team at aiupsc@dalvoy.com within seven (7) days of the disputed charge. Your email must include:
- Your registered phone number and email address.
- The Order/Transaction ID associated with the payment.
- A screenshot or proof of the technical issue or duplicate debit.
- The exact date and time the problem occurred.
5. Processing & Timelines
- Review Period: All refund requests are reviewed by our billing team within 2–3 business days.
- Credit Timeline: If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (original UPI account or bank account) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
