Performance Marketer

Compensation: ₹15–20 LPA (based on experience and demonstrated results) + ESOPs

We're a team of IIT Delhi alumni building Dalvoy AI, the only platform an aspirant needs to crack any government exam in India.

Within just a few months of launch, 1 in every 5 UPSC aspirants is already using Dalvoy for their preparation. We've raised our seed round from leading venture capital firms in India and are now building the team for our next stage of growth.

The opportunity

Own paid acquisition across Google and Meta, improve acquisition efficiency and scale campaigns that bring in engaged, paying users.

What you'll own

Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across both app and web acquisition.

Manage budgets, bidding, targeting and campaign structure. Forecast acquisition volumes and costs, monitor daily spend and decide when to stop, improve or scale campaigns.

Run structured experiments across creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages. Work with designers and video editors to maintain a regular pipeline of new ads and address creative fatigue.

Track the journey from ad click to sign-up, activation and payment. Work with product and engineering to identify and resolve conversion drop-offs.

Own campaign reporting and monitor acquisition cost, paid conversion, ROAS and payback. Evaluate campaign quality using renewals, retention and customer lifetime value, beyond installs and initial purchases.

Maintain reliable conversion tracking and attribution. Investigate discrepancies between ad-platform reporting and actual business results.

Use Claude Code to analyse campaign performance, automate reporting, research competitors and improve advertising workflows.

What you bring

Strong hands-on experience managing Google and Meta campaigns for both apps and websites.

A demonstrated record of scaling spend while maintaining or improving acquisition efficiency. Be ready to explain the budgets, results and decisions you personally owned.

Working knowledge of GA4, Firebase, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.

Strong analytical ability: comfortable investigating campaign and funnel data, designing experiments and translating findings into action.

Good creative judgement, with experience writing briefs and identifying which hooks, messages and formats drive conversions.

Hands-on experience using Claude Code in advertising workflows, with the ability to validate its outputs and translate insights into campaign decisions.

Clear communication and the ability to work independently with founders, creative teams and product teams. Experience with subscriptions, consumer edtech or test-prep audiences is a plus.

AI fluency

Hands-on experience with Claude, Codex or comparable tools to automate workflows, check outputs and improve efficiency is required.
