- AJapan
- BBurma
- CSingaporeCorrect
- DMalaya
Explanation
The Indian National Army was originally founded in 1942 by Captain Mohan Singh with Indian prisoners of war in Malaya. However, it became defunct shortly after due to disagreements with the Japanese military. The army was revived and came into its second and most significant phase in July 1943 when Subhash Chandra Bose arrived in Singapore. It was in Singapore that Bose took over the leadership, formed the Provisional Government of Free India (Azad Hind Fauj), and gave the famous call of Dilli Chalo. Therefore, 1943 is specifically associated with its reorganization in Singapore.
