Explanation
Agent Orange was a powerful herbicide and defoliant used by the United States military as part of its herbicidal warfare program during the Vietnam War from 1961 to 1971. The chemical was used to destroy forest cover and food crops used by enemy forces. It is called Agent Orange because of the orange color coded stripes on the containers in which it was stored. The chemical contained TCDD, a highly toxic dioxin that caused severe health issues for millions of people and significant environmental damage. Therefore, option B is the correct answer.
